Your Questions, Answered

Do you offer services outside of normal bookkeeping? I need some admin help.

I often take on added responsibilities for many of my clients. Tasks have included insurance and workers comp payroll audits, project/contract management, budget tracking, vendor management, sales tax filings, data entry and analysis, monthly review of internal office postings done by staff, and annual secretary of state filings.

Can you do on-site visits or trainings?

Currently, I offer only remote or virtual bookkeeping services. All meetings are conducted by phone or videoconferencing. As of 2025, I no longer offer QuickBooks training but will support and train any clients who require regular monthly bookkeeping services.

Can you process my payroll in addition to managing it?

I can work with you and your chosen payroll processor to help facilitate payroll set-up or troubleshoot any issues that arise, but I do not offer payroll processing services.

How do you bill?

I bill by the hour, and my current hourly rates are $75 for regular bookkeeping work and $90 per hour for annual clean-up to get your books ready for tax prep. Invoices are sent monthly, every other month, or quarterly, depending on the volume of work.

Can you file my taxes?

I will work directly with your CPA or tax preparer to make sure they have the information they need to file your taxes. I do not offer tax return preparation services.

Do you work with accounting software other than QuickBooks Online?

At this time I only work with QuickBooks Online. I can assist with conversions from other software like Wave, QB Desktop or Xero to QB Online.
