I have over a decade of experience in bookkeeping, including six years managing the Accounting Services department at a mid-sized CPA firm in Bend Oregon. My passion is keeping track of the details so my clients have a clear financial picture at all times.
Services - Not accepting new clients until March 2025
My services are geared towards small businesses that are looking for a remote bookkeeper and paperless AP/AR. I work exclusively with QuickBooks Online.
Full-Service Bookkeeping $75 per hour
Monthly or weekly bookkeeping, full AP and AR management, financial statements, and/or budget reports as needed. Preparation of year-end 1099s and compilation of tax documents for CPA.
Monthly/Quarterly Bookkeeping
$75 per hour
Post and reconcile all transactions on a monthly or quarterly basis. Financial statement preparation as needed. Preparation of year-end 1099s and compilation of tax documents for CPA.
Clean-up for tax prep / QuickBooks Online Set-up
$90 per hour
Assistance with setting up QuickBooks Online or converting from Desktop. Review and clean of books for annual tax preparation.
